Notes:               The Harmonized Index of Consumer Prices category "Telephone and

                     produce Telephone and Telefax Equipment and Telephone and Telefax
                     Services indices as well as the combined index, Telephone and Telefax
                     Equipment and Services (08.2/3.0).
