Title: Employed full time: Median usual weekly nominal earnings (second quartile): Wage and salary workers: Architectural and engineering managers occupations: 16 years and over Series ID: LEU0254526600A Source: U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Release: Weekly and Hourly Earnings from the Current Population Survey (Not a Press Release) Seasonal Adjustment: Not Seasonally Adjusted Frequency: Annual Units: Dollars Date Range: 2000-01-01 to 2023-01-01 Last Updated: 2024-01-18 9:06 AM CST Notes: Data measure usual weekly earnings of wage and salary workers. Wage and salary workers are workers who receive wages, salaries, commissions, tips, payment in kind, or piece rates. The group includes employees in both the private and public sectors but, for the purposes of the earnings series, it excludes all self-employed persons, both those with incorporated businesses and those with unincorporated businesses. Usual weekly earnings represent earnings before taxes and other deductions and include any overtime pay, commissions, or tips usually received (at the main job in the case of multiple jobholders). Prior to 1994, respondents were asked how much they usually earned per week. Since January 1994, respondents have been asked to identify the easiest way for them to report earnings (hourly, weekly, biweekly, twice monthly, monthly, annually, or other) and how much they usually earn in the reported time period. Earnings reported on a basis other than weekly are converted to a weekly equivalent. The term "usual" is determined by each respondent's own understanding of the term. If the respondent asks for a definition of "usual," interviewers are instructed to define the term as more than half the weeks worked during the past 4 or 5 months. For more information see https://www.bls.gov/cps/earnings.htm The series comes from the 'Current Population Survey (Household Survey)' The source code is: LEU0254526600 DATE VALUE 2000-01-01 1440 2001-01-01 1512 2002-01-01 1442 2003-01-01 1484 2004-01-01 1807 2005-01-01 1788 2006-01-01 1830 2007-01-01 1713 2008-01-01 1752 2009-01-01 1773 2010-01-01 1885 2011-01-01 1914 2012-01-01 2122 2013-01-01 1894 2014-01-01 1945 2015-01-01 1899 2016-01-01 2258 2017-01-01 1999 2018-01-01 2226 2019-01-01 2471 2020-01-01 2413 2021-01-01 2709 2022-01-01 2880 2023-01-01 2904
