This series is constructed from Advance Retail and Food Services Sales (RSAFS (https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/RSAFS)) deflated using the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (1982-84=100) (CPIAUCSL (https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/CPIAUCSL)).
