The Original Data Are Given On An Equivalent Annual Basis. NBER Has Reconverted Them Into Monthly Rates By Dividing By 11.77; 12.17; 13.04; 12.62 Respectively, Depending On Whether The Number Of Days In A Given Month Is 31, 30, 28, Or 29.
