Beginning In 1897, Figures Are Based On Data For 30 Contracting Carworks And Estimates From 5 Others. 1905-1911 Data Include Canadian Output. 1912-1938 Figures Include Canadian Output Plus Equipment Built In Railroad Shops. Some Figures For Canadian Production Are Available Separately In The Source.
