This Series Covers New Nonfarm Houses And Apartments, At All Levels Of Value And Quality, Which Are Housekeeping Dwellings. It Includes Those Built For Permanent Or Seasonal Occupancy. Excluded Are Mobile Homes, New Units Created By Remodeling Or Conversion Of Existing Structures, And Dwelling Units In Buildings Which Are Primarily Nonresidential.
