Data Were Computed By The Bureau Of Mines From Stocks At First Of Month, Plus Production, Plus Imports, Minus Exports, Minus Stocks At End Of Month. The Bureau Of Mines Prefers To Call These Estimates "Demand" Rather Than Consumption, Since There Are Substantial Unreported Stocks.
