They Refer To The Calendar Week Containing The 8Th Day Of The Month Except March 8, 1940 (See Source). Beginning July 1955 Data Relate To The Week Containing The 12Th Of Each Month. For July 1950-December 1952 0.05 Was Deducted From Original Figures According To Instructions Given In The Source (P-57, No. 139, February 8, 1954.)
