Beginning In March 1941 Yields Became Taxable; They Were Previously Tax Exempt. Data Beginning In January 1947 Are Revised Data Based On New Bills Issued Within The Period; Previously Data Were Based On New Issues Announced (See Frb, September 1950, P. 1216).
